At Bollards Galore, we are committed to providing high-quality Australian bollards for solar and safety. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, refunds, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. When We Offer a Refund

We offer refunds or replacements specifically in the following instances:

  • Item Not as Described: If the product you receive is significantly different from the description or sample shown on our website.
  • Major Faults: If the item is unsafe, has a major problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known about it, or cannot be fixed easily.

Please note: We do not generally offer refunds for "change of mind" after the purchase has been finalized, so please select your bollards and safety equipment carefully.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.
  • Tracking Recommended: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Non-Refundable Original Shipping

If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping is not included.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is processed, it will be calculated on the purchase price of the item only.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

  2. Assessment: We may ask for photos of the item to assess if it matches the "Not as described" or "Faulty" criteria.

6. Processing Your Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a timely manner.
