Shipping Information
- We currently deliver to all Australian states and territories.
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving payment.
- Transit times vary by location — typically 2–7 business days depending on distance from our Melbourne facility.
- Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
- If you require bulk or pallet shipping, please contact us for a custom freight quote.

Returns & Exchanges
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
- To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in their original condition.
- Due to the heavy and custom-painted nature of bollards, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was delivered incorrectly or damaged.
